We endeavor to accomplish one of the most aggressive, cutting-edge models of sustainable "Green" office park developments to-date.
With energy generated on-site, we’re creating a business hotel boasting approximately 100 rooms, executive suites, and conference facilities; a sustainable energy demonstration center; a green building "eco-center"; more that 100 acres of land dedicated to office and light industrial space; an athletic club with daycare; and a golf academy attached to a six hole golf course that provides alternating fairways that create an 18 hole experience.
We’re clearly looking to develop something unique, bringing new components to a business park model that would not normally be associated with "green" developing. We hope that these concepts are inspirational, and will make these parks more attractive to today’s employers.
